What is your shipping Policy?
All Prints are shipped by my printing partner Bay Photo Lab who prides themselves on quality printing and fast international delivery. Click on the link for more information on Bay Photo Lab's shipping Policy. If you by chance you should receive a print or packaging that is damaged please immediately take a photo of the damage and email the pictures to Stephen Macias. All Original Art Work will be shipped direct from me, using UPS or FedEx, a shipping number(s) will be provided in the confirmation email once the items are shipped.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
All sales are final, should you receive a damaged print a full refund or exchange will be provided. Please email photos of the damaged print to Stephen Macias within 24 hours upon receiving the damaged print for a full refund or exchange.
